Terms of Service

Gaminode License, version 2 · Last updated: 31 October 2026

These terms apply to the Gaminode engine, Gaminode Hub, Gaminode AI and gaminode.com, made by Mutahar Studio (Tando Adam, Sindh, Pakistan). They are the same terms you accept inside Gaminode Hub. By using Gaminode, you agree to them.

1. Free Use

Gaminode's engine and tools are free to use. You may create, build, export and sell your own games and applications with them without any upfront cost.

2. Ownership of Your Work

Any game, application or content you create with Gaminode belongs entirely to you. Gaminode claims no ownership, royalty or revenue share over anything you build with it.

3. Gaminode Pro

Gaminode Pro is the optional paid plan. It adds features such as removing the "Made with Gaminode" splash screen, Gaminode AI with no daily limit, one-click Publish, one-click AdMob ads, Look presets and Mobile optimize. Ending Pro never locks or deletes your projects.

4. Games Earning US$5,000 or More a Year

If a game or app you made with Gaminode earns US$5,000 or more in any 12-month period (ads, sales and in-app purchases together), you need an active Gaminode Pro plan while you keep publishing or updating it. There is no royalty and no revenue share. This is a self-declaration: you tell us which case is yours in Gaminode Hub, and we don't ask for proof.

5. As-Is Software

Gaminode is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Mutahar Studio is not liable for any damages, data loss or issues arising from the use of this software.

6. No Redistribution as Your Own Engine

You may not repackage, rebrand or redistribute Gaminode itself as your own engine or product.

7. Accounts

You may sign in with your Google account. Keep your account secure and don't share or misuse it, for example to get around the daily AI limit. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

When these terms change, Gaminode Hub shows the new version and asks you to accept it again before you continue. This page always shows the latest version.
