Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Gaminode collects and why. "Gaminode" here means the Gaminode engine, Gaminode Hub, Gaminode AI and the gaminode.com website, all made by Mutahar Studio (Tando Adam, Sindh, Pakistan).

1. Sign in with Google

When you sign in to Gaminode Hub with Google, we receive and store:

• your email address,
• your name, and
• your Google account ID (so we can recognise you next time).

We only ask Google for the basic openid, email and profile permissions. We do not get your Google password, contacts, Drive files or anything else.

We use your email to keep your account and Gaminode Pro working across your computers, and to tell you about important updates (for example security fixes or license changes).

2. Usage and device data

To run the free daily AI limit and stop abuse, our server stores:

• a random device ID created by the app,
• your IP address (to limit how many devices one network can create),
• how many AI games you made that day, and
• which license version you accepted, and your income declaration choice.

Old daily usage records are deleted automatically.

3. What stays on your computer

Gaminode AI runs a local model on your own computer. Your prompts, chats, game projects, scripts and assets are not sent to our servers. Assets (sprites, sounds, models) are downloaded from public sources when needed; those downloads do not include your project.

4. Payments

Gaminode Pro payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details. We only receive what is needed to activate Pro, such as your license key and order status.

5. Where data is stored

Account and usage data is stored on Cloudflare (Workers and D1). The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting. These providers process data on our behalf.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We only share data with the service providers listed above, or if the law requires it.

7. Games you make

Games you build with Gaminode belong to you. If you add ads (for example AdMob) or other services to your own game, you are responsible for that game's privacy policy.

8. Your choices

• You can sign out of Gaminode Hub at any time.
• You can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing us. We will do it within 30 days.
• You can remove Gaminode's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

9. Children

Gaminode is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Big changes will also be shown in Gaminode Hub.
